I’ve spent some time thinking about my skills,
but mainly about which of my personal skills are the most sought after.
After much reflection (and a few cups of coffee),
I think these are the winners!
Creative mind
Creativity strikes me most often at night when I can’t sleep or while relaxing in the shower. Of course, these are the worst times because I have to quickly jot down the idea before I forget it! But when I manage to capture it, I often create something truly out of the box.
Resourceful Improviser
I speak Italian, English, and French (the latter thanks to Duolingo). I’ve often found myself at work in situations with people who didn’t speak my language, but I always managed to make myself understood. Even without the right tools, I’ve found ways to achieve my goals. When faced with a challenge, I never think, “Okay, it’s impossible” but rather, “How can I make this work?“.

Since my school days, I wasn’t much of a studier at home, but just listening to the teacher in class was enough for me to pass the exams. This ability carried over into my work life, where I learned everything I know about IT, including Elementor, on the job. I’ve never had trouble picking up new skills. Sometimes, just watching my supervisor was enough for me to replicate the task the next day!.
